I looked at this product & I would say the exact OPPOSITE of what the website claims. There is no evidence that (especially) a LED light will do anything to increase the efficacy of (especially) carbabmide peroxide whitening. In FACT, the use of lights will cause side effects and dessicate the tooth enamel which can cause unnecessary tooth sensitivity after whitening. I do not recommend this absolutewhiteteethwhitening

Wow, sleep apnea sounds very scary! You actually stop breathing in your sleep? Does it wake you up when that happens? How do you know you are going to start breathing again? I am going to have to have a friend of mine stay with me some night so I can see if this is something that I do. Do you have to be a snorer or be over weight in order to have this issue or is it something that can happen by just having a jaw that is out of alignment or an extra soft pallet? I am glad you posted this but I am also very frightened now that I may have this condition and I live alone so I need to know for sure. Thanks again for the eye opener.

at only $30 bucks I say you gotta try it and see for yourself. I posted it because my snoring will drive my wife crazy & Silent Snore gives me GREAT results… its very cost effective & OTC (order online). Just google silent snore…

This was very interesting to say the least, what I am gathering from this information is the same thing that cause people (my husband) to snore can also cause sleep apnea, is the correct? If you have one of these mouth pieces made that puts your jaws in alignment so that it holds the soft pallet up so that air flows freely through the nose and throat area then the snoring will stop and because you can breathe easier there is less chance of sleep apnea as well? Does this work if you still have your tonsils and those tonsils are huge by comparison? I will do some more research on this and see if this is what my husband needs, is sleep apnea something that can come on progressively if the snoring and such is not treated? Please make another post if you know that answer to that question.
